Picus Security was founded in 2013 by cybersecurity veterans, pioneering Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) technology. The company has raised $80 million in total investment, including a $45 million Series C round led by Riverwood Capital in September 2024. Picus leads the category of Adversarial Exposure Validation and is the only company combining Automated Penetration Testing, Breach and Attack Simulation, and Rule Validation in an open platform. As of its latest milestones, Picus serves 500 customers and maintains 35 technology alliances and 80 channel partners.
